Hot fish sauce

  • garlic
  • spoon of tomato pulp
  • 3 tomatoes or can of peeled tomato
  • can of Delamaris Mackerel with vegetables Pikant
  • fist of black olives
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • spices (oregano, basil)


  • In frying pan warm up a bit of olive oil, add garlic until it get yellow. Add cubed sliced tomato and black olive. Mix and braised. Add salt and spices. Cook the sauce to appropriate density. At last add Pikant mackerel with vegetables, mix until you see that the sauce is prepared.

    Boil the pasta, rice or Kus-Kus, strain and shed with hot sauce. To alleviate the hot flavour add a spoon of sour cream.
