  • 1 can of Tuna Delamaris
  • 1 dish of cooked prawns (fresh or canned)
  • 2 spoons of minced celery
  • 2 spoons of minced olives
  • 2 spoons of lemon juice
  • 3 spoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tea-spoon of curry
  • ½ tea-spoon of vegeta or some other spice mixture
  • 1 dish of cooked rice


Cut tuna into small pieces, add prawns and cool in the fridge. Meanwhile mix mayonnaise, celery, olives, lemon juice, curry and vegeta. Carefully stir and add tuna and prawns. Add oil from the can to cooled rice and spice it with minced parsley. Form a rice wreath and put the fish in the mayonnaise sauce in the middle. Garnish with cress or some similar zest. Serve cooled.
