  • can of Delamaris Mackerel with vegetables Pikant 125g
  • 4 slice roasted polenta
  • olive oil


Boiled the polenta and put it into oblong model, where let it chills. Take it out when it is chilled and slice it (you can use also prepared polenta).

In a hot pan warm a teaspoon of olive oil and roast the polenta from both sides. Put the content of can on plate and add roasted polenta.
